“These creatures were here before us and if we’re not careful, they’ll be here after.”
Four years has passed since the Jurassic World theme park was closed down after the destruction caused by a rogue hybrid Indominus rex. When Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Owen (Chris Pratt) learn that a once dormant volcano is on the verge of eruption, they head back to the Isla Nubar in a bid to rescue the island’s prehistoric inhabitants.
As the pair hunt for lead raptor Blue, they uncover a conspiracy that could throw the planet’s natural balance into dangerous territory. But the task of herding up Isla Nubar’s wildlife proves to be even tougher than they imagined.
Is the curtain set to fall on earth’s most ancient creatures, or is it the human race that is leading themselves into extinction?
Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom is directed by J.A. Bayona (The Orphanage, A Monster Calls) and stars Bryce Dallas Howard (Gold), Chris Pratt (Avengers: Infinity War), and series veteran Jeff Goldblum (Thor).
25 years after Michael Crichton’s Jurassic Park (1993) reinvented the summer blockbuster, the popularity of the series is showing no signs of slowing down, with Steven Spielberg (The Post) joining the team to act as executive producer.
