June, 1944 – the night before D-Day. American paratroopers are flying to Normandy to carry out a mission that’s critical to the invasion’s success, but the enemy shoots down their plane and several fall into the ocean.
The surviving marines trek through the forest of the Nazi-filled village until one stumbles across a desolated Nazi compound. After peering through the wall, they head into the building only to discover blood-filled syringes, a face-eating virus and a laughing disfigured head.
Left fighting against supernatural forces, they soon begin to realise that there is more going on in this village than a simple military option. Instead they are entangled in an evil Nazi experiment.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Julius Avery (Son of a Gun), this gruesome horror about World War II soldiers boasts great cinematography and stars an equally impressive line-up including Wyatt Russell (22 Jump Street), Bokeem Woodbine (Spider-Man:Homecoming) and Iain De Caestecker (Not Another Happy Ending).
