We’re gearing up for a 2020 full of achieving our goals, which is why our first free event of the year is all about keeping on top of your health with Nuffield!
On Tuesday 14th January, our on-site gym, Nuffield Health, will be helping you decide how you want to stay fit in 2020. Specialists will be out in the Pump Yard all day for mini ‘Health MOTs’ and free tips and advice on your exercise regime and diet.
We won’t just be giving you advice, we’ll also be offering free taster sessions with a few classes with the gym’s instructors.
Join the team for High Intensity Training (HIT) classes and rowing machine tutorials, as well as what you’re really looking for – free samples of the gym cafe’s smoothies and protein bars!
If you fancy a look around the gym, Nuffield will also be hosting an open day for non-members. You can take a look at the facilities including state of the art equipment, a swimming pool and spa. Sign up on the open day, and you’ll get the rest of the month free.
If you’re taking part in Veganuary or considering a vegan or vegetarian diet on a more permanent basis, plenty of our venues offer vegan and vegetarian options.
For veggie or vegan-friendly places to eat, head to Chiquito, Eden, Treetop Adventure Golf, Wagamama, Hard Rock Cafe Manchester, O’Neills, Walkabout, The Seven Stars, Yates, Peachy Keens or Nando’s, where you’ll have plenty of options.
Wagamama has also just launched its first vegan menu which includes tuna made from watermelon (vegan suika tuna), and yasai nikko curry.
