As a Sales Executive you will be expected to do the below;
– Assisting the sales team in growing & maximising pre-booked sales.
– Working to a predetermined target set by the Sales Manager & maximising all opportunities to achieve this.
– Proactive selling, focusing on venue packages; birthdays, occasions & Christmas ect.
– Maintaining exceptional customer service & providing the highest of standards for the customer experience via the telephone and face to face within the venue
– Assisting the venues team in the production and delivery of sales plans.
Must be flexible at weekends & during the festive period.
