Nando’s pride themselves on their quality PERi-PERi chicken!
Fresh, never-frozen, A-grade chickens are butterfly-cut and immediately marinated in Nando’s marinade for 24 hours to ensure that the flavour seeps through the meat.
The legendary PERi-PERi chicken is flame-grilled right in front of you and basted with your choice of sauce from the PERi-ometer: Lemon & Herb or Mango & Lime for the not so brave, Medium PERi-PERi for the slightly more adventurous while Hot and Extra Hot should satisfy hardcore chilli enthusiasts.
Flame-grilling the chicken means most of the fat of the chicken literally disappears during grilling and the result is the finest tasting, healthy chicken on the high street.
